オーディエンス録音における"唯一無二の存在"として数十年にわたりトップの地位に君臨し続ける最高級マイクロフォン、ドイツS社の単一指向性マイク（MK4カプセル）を使用した至高のオーディエンス音源。XAVELレーベルより先行発売中の東京・名古屋公演単体シリーズ（XAVEL-235〜245）も”オーディエンス録音の最高峰”と形容すべき珠玉の音質でありましたが、本作で聴くことが出来る各公演はそれらをも凌駕する驚異的なサウンド・クオリティに仕上がっています。2014年から実戦投入されたXAVELレーベルのもう一つの新機軸であるこの”MK4マスター・シリーズ”。全ての音域を破綻無く捉えた正しく”最高級”という言葉がピタリと当てはまるナチュラルかつリッチなサウンドは、あらゆる世代のディラン・ファンの耳と心を鷲掴みにすることでしょう。先行発売の東京・名古屋公演単体シリーズ（XAVEL-235〜245）と比べてオーディエンス・ノイズが格段に少ないところも嬉しい限りです。

[映像詳細]
東京公演最終日のステージを2階席正面より撮影したファン必見のオーディエンス・ショット。実際に会場に足を運ばれたファンの方であればよくお分かりいただけると思いますが、今回の来日ステージはいずれも照明・光量が極端に少ない環境下でおこなわれました。これが災いしてこのDVDもやや輪郭のぼやけた映像となっており、近年のオーディエンス・ショットの水準からするならばやや粗めと言わざるをえない画質なのですが、要所でしっかりとクローズショットが多用されており、手ぶれなども殆ど気にならない安定感のあるシューティングとなっているので、存分にお楽しみいただけることと思います。音声部にはCDにも使用されているMK4マスターを用いているため、素晴らしいサウンド・クオリティです。ボーナス映像として、東京公演初日で披露された「Blind Willie McTell」を追加収録。

『偉大なる復活』40周年記念と来日公演記念ということでエンプレス・バレイ社のアーカイヴから超貴重なリールを今回初解禁！これがボーナスでついてくるなんてヤバイでしょ！名盤『偉大なる復活』1974年ワーナー・パイオニア2LP（P-5138Y・5139Y）のアナログLPプレス用のマスターリールの1stコピーを初CD化！当時のワーナーパイオニアのBOB DYLAN担当者がプライベート用にマスターからコピーし所有していたスコッチのリールを、2014年新たにダイレクトにCD化したのが本音源。SIDE１、SIDE２、SIDE３、SIDE4をそれぞれ４本のリールに収録したマスター・ソースより、余計なイコライジングやコンプレッションを排した完全にピュアな音質でダイレクトに収録しているため、ここで聴くことができるサウンドは正しく”無添加の極上サウンド”と形容すべき素晴らしいものです！全ディラン・ファン悶絶必至の激ヤバ音源！1974年のザ・バンドとの素晴らしいライヴ演奏、名演中の名演を40年の歳月を経て国内盤マスターで楽しむことができるとは！これぞ風流極まりない日本の夜！
